Welcome to I-Eat. This page (together with the documents referred to in it) sets out the terms (the “Terms”) that apply when you order any item (the “Items”) from our website I-eat.it.

Please read these Terms before creating an I-Eat account. If you have any questions regarding these Terms, please contact ciao@i-eat.it. As a consumer, you have certain legal rights when ordering Items using our website. Your legal rights are not affected by these Terms, which apply in addition to them and do not replace them. By creating your I-Eat account, you confirm that you accept these Terms.

1. About us

I-Eat.it is operated by Italy-h24 SRLS, a company incorporated and registered in Italy, with registered office at Via Posillipo 130, 80123 Naples, Italy. You can contact us at ciao@i-eat.it or via the instant messaging function.

2. Purpose

Our aim is to connect you so that you can:
– Purchase Items and have them delivered to a location of your choice.

When you order from us, you purchase Items from I-Eat. We may act as an agent on behalf of our partner to complete your order and manage your experience during the ordering process. In this case, our partner is responsible for preparing your order, while we provide the platform that records your order and accepts payment.

You also purchase delivery services. Delivery of your Items is organised by I-Eat.

3. Your account

Before you can place orders through our website, you must open an I-Eat account. When you create an account, you may set a password or other secure login method, and you may also be required to provide payment card details. You must keep your password or login method confidential and prevent others from accessing your email or mobile device.

If someone else uses your login details, you are responsible for all orders placed and payments due, unless the unauthorised use resulted from our failure to keep your data secure.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or permanently close your account if we suspect misuse or fraud.

We may request identity, age, or other verification details to prevent fraud or comply with legal obligations.

4. Service availability

Our service operates within a defined delivery area, which may change. Orders outside the delivery area cannot be accepted.

5. Orders

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Once your order is accepted, a contract is formed. You are responsible for payment of all orders placed through your account.

Products are subject to availability.

Allergen information is displayed where available. We cannot guarantee items are allergen-free.

6. Delivery

You may choose scheduled or standard delivery.

For standard delivery, estimated times are shown before payment.

For scheduled delivery, delivery time is agreed in advance.

Delays may occur. If a delay exceeds 5 days, we will investigate and may offer compensation at our discretion.

7. Your rights if something goes wrong

You have legal rights to receive goods as described and of satisfactory quality. If something is wrong, contact us.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel before preparation begins. After preparation starts, charges may apply.

9. Prices and payments

Prices may change. Final prices are shown at checkout. Payment methods include card, bank transfer or other methods.

10. Credit and vouchers

Credits and vouchers have no cash value and are subject to specific conditions.

We are responsible for foreseeable losses caused by our breach or negligence.
