Het succes van slimme restaurants<\/p>\n

Het potentieel van slimme automaten groeit snel en biedt gezonde alternatieven voor de alomtegenwoordige junkfoodautomaten. I-Eat, een van de eerste Italiaanse projecten in zijn soort, werd in 2018 in Napels opgericht en benutte de technologie optimaal, terwijl het tegelijkertijd het aanbod volledig herzag. Aanvankelijk richtte het zich op kantoren, hotels, sportscholen en alle andere ruimtes die gedeeld worden door mensen die een groot deel van hun dag buitenshuis doorbrengen.<\/p>\n

Het idee? Deze locaties voorzien van automaten met verse producten die binnen twee dagen na bereiding geconsumeerd kunnen worden en die gebruikers via een app kunnen beheren.<\/p>\n

Door de pandemie is alles het afgelopen jaar veranderd.
