Your legal rights are not affected by these Terms, which apply in addition to them and do not replace them. By creating your I-Eat account, you confirm that you accept these Terms.<\/p>\n<p>1. About us<\/p>\n<p>I-Eat.it is operated by Italy-h24 SRLS, a company incorporated and registered in Italy, with registered office at Via Posillipo 130, 80123 Naples, Italy. You can contact us at ciao@i-eat.it or via the instant messaging function.<\/p>\n<p>2. Purpose<\/p>\n<p>Our aim is to connect you so that you can:<br \/>\n&#8211; Purchase Items and have them delivered to a location of your choice.<\/p>\n<p>When you order from us, you purchase Items from I-Eat. We may act as an agent on behalf of our partner to complete your order and manage your experience during the ordering process. In this case, our partner is responsible for preparing your order, while we provide the platform that records your order and accepts payment.<\/p>\n<p>You also purchase delivery services. Delivery of your Items is organised by I-Eat.<\/p>\n<p>3. Your account<\/p>\n<p>Before you can place orders through our website, you must open an I-Eat account. When you create an account, you may set a password or other secure login method, and you may also be required to provide payment card details. You must keep your password or login method confidential and prevent others from accessing your email or mobile device.<\/p>\n<p>If someone else uses your login details, you are responsible for all orders placed and payments due, unless the unauthorised use resulted from our failure to keep your data secure.<\/p>\n<p>You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or permanently close your account if we suspect misuse or fraud.<\/p>\n<p>We may request identity, age, or other verification details to prevent fraud or comply with legal obligations.<\/p>\n<p>4. Service availability<\/p>\n<p>Our service operates within a defined delivery area, which may change. Orders outside the delivery area cannot be accepted.<\/p>\n<p>5. Orders<\/p>\n<p>You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.<\/p>\n<p>Once your order is accepted, a contract is formed. You are responsible for payment of all orders placed through your account.<\/p>\n<p>Products are subject to availability.<\/p>\n<p>Allergen information is displayed where available.
